basically, after you install the client look for a web page that has a list of torrents (they show up with a '.torrent' extension). you don't start the client or anything, just click on the thing you want and it'll start downloading. see the link below, it has a list of places with torrents. you will see a 'download' and 'upload' section in the client, when its done downloading it will remain open and still upload. you should leave it open for a few hours to keep the file available to others. and... thats it
